Orlando Pirates continue to release players. This R9-million attacker is the latest Bucs star heading out.
Orlando Pirates have confirmed the departure of these 14 players so far.
However, more players are heading out of Mayfair.
R9-MILLION PIRATES ATTACKER SET TO BE RELEASED
Pirates midfielder Katlego Otladisa is facing a probable exit.
“Pirates are going to meet some of the players that were left behind and discuss their future. Players like Jabulani Mokone and Neo Mokoena are set to go out on loan, whilst Otladisa is set to be released,” the insider reported on KickOff.
Meaning, he is set to join a long list of players who have left the Bucs this season. These SIX Pirates players have jump ship to join PSL rivals for the 2025/26 season.
The left winger is currently valued at over R9-million, according to Transfermarkt. Meanwhile, Abdeslam Ouaddou has brought in the likes of Oswin Appollis and Thepang Moremi to bolster their attack out wide.
Therefore, a move out of Mayfair is in the best interest of both parties. For Otladisa, he is more likely to play more frequently after the recent signings made this season. Thus, placing him further down the pecking order at Pirates.
MEGA MOVES TO PSL RIVALS, KAIZER CHIEFS AND MORE
Pirates have been the busiest team this transfer window.
Meaning, they have made far more moves than rivals Kaizer Chiefs and Mamelodi Sundowns. However, the Bucs are not done with their transfer business just yet.
Meanwhile, Monnapule Saleng has been joined by TWO Bucs stars at Orbit College. Whilst, THREE Pirates players have joined these PSL rivals.
