LOVE Island star Olivia Hawkins has shown off her new face after getting her lip fillers dissolved for the first time in four years.
The TV beauty has been open about her use of cosmetic enhancements over the years including her extensive use of lip fillers.

But now Olivia has opted to make a huge change and has dissolved all of her filler for the first time ever.
The star took to social media to show off her brand new lips and explain the reason why she opted to make the change.
In a new video, a fresh-faced Liv kept her lips covered by her hand as she said to her followers: “I’ve had all of my lip fillers dissolved.
“I am so nervous to show you all but also so excited at the same time as I’m so, so happy with them.”
Olivia told her fans how she’d been wanting to make the big change to smaller lips for some time but hadn’t felt confident.
She confessed she hadn’t had natural lips since 2021.
Proudly showing them off, she said through a grimace: “I love it but I can’t get used too it.”
She further admitted she “didn’t recognise” herself with her natural lips.
The glam star, who recently enjoyed a stint on Celebs Go Dating, was inundated with positive comments from her fellow reality stars and influencers.

Whilst show winner Jess Harding added: “They look amazing wow !!!”
Before Abi Moores went on to write: “Obsessed, they look so good.”
Olivia was recently back on screens on Celebs Go Dating where she explored connections with two stars of Netflix‘s Too Hot To Handle.
She enjoyed a brief romance with co-star Louis Russell before being sent on dates with another hunk from the show.
The star was last getting to know boxer and TV star Kelechi Dyke, 31.
