ONE of the most popular UK holiday parks has revealed plans to open for Christmas.

The breaks are as little as £7 each a night[/caption]

This also includes Warmwell in Dorset, Trecco Bay and Ty Mawr in Wales, Cayton Bay in North Yorkshire, Cherry Tree in Norfolk and White Cross Bay and Fallbarrow in the Lake District.

The parks all offer a number of Christmas themed events including meeting Santa, Mrs Claus and the elves, as well as live shows including pantomimes.

Ice skating rinks, festive markets and Christmas tree light turn ons are also part of the winter deals.

But the parks are also adding three new events families can make the most of as well.

Festive messy play and festive singalongs are being added, as well as meet-and-greets with the PAW Patrol mascots.

The Winter Wonderland deals are extremely affordable for families as well.

Breaks start from £129 which includes three nights at a six-person carvan.

This works out to around £7 each a day, or £22pp for the entire three days.

Or you could upgrade to one of their hot tub lodges, so you can warm up at the end of a cold day.

Parkdean Camber Sands is also right by Camber Sands beach, often named one of the warmest in the UK.

But it was also named one of the best beaches to visit in winter.

Country Living said: “With unspoilt views and the only sand dune system in East Sussex, it’s hard not to fall for its coastal charms.”

Sun Readers have raved about it too.

Sun reader Nora Hinds, 69, from Hounslow, has taken multiple £9.50 Holidays in Sussex over the years.

What is it like to spend Christmas at a holiday park?

Mum Catherine Lofthouse explains.

We all know that Christmas can be a bit hectic, especially if you’ve got your extended family coming to stay for a while.

The extra cleaning, bed-making and cooking are enough to inspire a few choice words that could put you firmly on Santa’s naughty list.

Instead, my family of five, including sons aged 11, nine and four, walked into a pristine, cosy space with plenty of open-plan living that made it easy for a dozen people to be in one room together without getting under each other’s feet.

The fact that it wasn’t someone’s home made it simple for everyone to chip in with the cooking and clearing up, without needing to ask where plates were kept or if there was enough space in the cupboards for supplies.

And with the cost of living crisis in full swing, there was no concern about having the heating on or using the oven for every meal, as all the utilities were included in the hire price.

She told us: “To me, the beach at Camber Sands is the best in England. It has nice sand and wonderful dunes.

“It’s not too busy, as it doesn’t have amusement arcades that tend to attract crowds.”

And Parkdean has also launched its first ever all-inclusive stays this autumn.

The deal includes three meals a day, although booze isn’t included.

The all-inclusive add-on costs £75 per adult, which, on top of cheap stays from £24, means you can have an all-inclusive break for £99.

Here are some other UK holiday parks that are great to visit in winter.
