In last night’s episode of Married At First Sight the couple got off to a great start.
They were seen kissing and admitting that they both “fancied” each other .
However, in a sneak peek to tonight’s episode, the musician hailing from London is seen breaking down.
The moment happens during his honeymoon with new wife, Julia-Ruth.
As Divarni opens up about how much being alone for the rest of his life “scares” him, Julia-Ruth is seen losing complete interest.
The couple are then seen having dinner and Julia-Ruth harshly says: “Everything is so intense and so deep.
“The last thing I want to do is have a talk about traumas and then, like, get into bed with you.”
Divarni looks upset by her blunt comment, and then the camera shows him breaking down in tears with his head in his hands.
Fans will have to wait until tonight’s episode to see how the rest of the scene plays out.
Meanwhile, Divarni is no stranger to the cameras and he has even almost dated a Towie star.
He has featured in Netflix shows Half bad, Riches and Queen Charlotte: A Bridgerton Story as well as in The Marvels but he has also appeared on reality TV before.
The singleton also starred on a celebrity version of ITV’s popular dating show Dinner Date back in 2021.
The hit show saw contestants get a chance to go on three blind dates and fill up on meals prepared by the dates themselves.
Divarni, who went by his stage name Ashley on the show, was one of five hopefuls ready to show off his culinary skills and win a date with none other than Towie’s Chloe Brockett.
In the end Chloe didn’t end up picking the musician for a date, but the star thanked the show on his social media nevertheless, he said: “What a time! Thank you Celebrity Dinner Date for this opportunity!”
Speaking about joining MAFS, Divarni previously penned on Instagram: “They said I’d never be ready to commit… but here I am, standing proud and saying I do (ring emoji).”
“Thank you to everyone who’s supported me up to this point — it means more than you know. Excited for you to join me on this journey.
“Let the journey begin… and tell me would YOU say I do to a stranger?” he added.
