LAUREN Goodger has signed a huge deal to release a new autobiography that will see her open up on the turbulent last few years.
The book will see Lauren, 39, share the pain of losing her daughter Lorena, the challenges of being a single mum to Larose and her rocky on-off relationship with Charles Drury.
But there’s one thing Towie star Lauren will not be discussing and that’s her ex Mark Wright.
A source close to Lauren revealed: “Lauren doesn’t want to rehash a relationship that ended 13 years ago.
“She knows people will always connect her with Mark but she also understands anything she says about him will just fuel drama.
“Anyone expecting her to comment on Mark and Michelle and them having a baby together will be disappointed, she just doesn’t want to go there.
“She has plenty to talk about what she has been through in the last five years or so without having to dredge up her ex, that just takes the focus off what she wants the book to be about.”
Lauren hopes it will provide strength for other women going through the grief of baby loss, a sadness that never leaves you, as well as mums struggling with the challenges of single parenting and relationship struggles.
“It’s going to be a really brave, emotional read and very different to her last book, Secrets of an Essex Girl, which came out in 2013.
“She has lived so many lives since then – she was a girl back then and now she is a strong woman, mother and a survivor.”
In recent months Lauren and Charles, 28, have appeared to be getting back on track.
The couple confirmed they were back on in June, when Lauren shared snaps of them out for dinner with her Towie co-stars Junaid Ahmed and Joe Blackman.
But she’s been dropping hints on social media recently suggesting they’ve already split.
Tellingly, Lauren is also not following her on/off boyfriend on Instagram.
