Awkward moment MAFS bride is left CRINGING at groom’s joke at the altar – as she throws marriage into doubt SECONDS in

A MARRIED At First Sight bride is left cringing when her new groom attempts to play a practical joke on her during their big day.

In a preview for Sunday’s episode of the E4 programme, fans saw a sneak peek at new couple Anita and Graham’s big day.

A woman in a white dress with dark curly hair squints her eyes and smiles, appearing moved, with a man's ear and head visible behind her.

However, it did not take long for Anita, 54, to be left rolling her eyes at his antics.

As they attempted to read out their vows to one another at the altar, Graham can be seen aiming to have a joke with his new wife.

He pulls out a never-ending piece of paper that rolls all the way to the floor as he declares: “These are my vows.”

Not impressed, Anita can be heard quipping back: “Oh you are a joker.”

Earlier in the teaser, the operations manager from Durham could be heard declaring firmly: “I know what I want and what I don’t want.

“It has to be right.”

Graham can also be seen nuzzling into Anita’s neck in the post-wedding photoshoot as she recoils and cringes at the thought.

It is not the first cringe-worthy moment of the series.

During one of the show’s first weddings, Dean stunned his bride Sarah when he began rapping to her as they said their vows.

The Feltham lad gave it a go in front of a stunned congregation, rapping cheesy lines to wife Sarah: “I’ve had hard times true, but I’ll never give up on you.”

It didn’t go down well with his new wife or her family, who were left cringing.

Sarah told the producers: “No, I don’t fancy Dean.

“He’s just over the top which has put me right off.

“I’m feeling a bit overwhelmed, the rap is not something I envisaged. I have to say I was not expecting that.”
