JET2 has added three new locations to its roster from 2026 – from two Greek seaside destinations, to an Italian city in Sicily.
For summer next year, Brits will be able to get away to some beautiful cities, one of which is an “untouched Greek Island“.

Meganisi is a small island popular with celebrities near to Lefkada[/caption]
Meganisi is a small Ionian Island close to Lefkada and is the perfect location for a beach break with clear blue waters and white pebble shorelines.
Some of the island’s best beaches are Limnonari and Fanari Beach which is described as being “small and intimate”.
Compared to other Greek islands, Meganisi is less visited than the others – and it’s a popular stop for celebrities.
Over the years, the island has seen the likes of Oprah Winfrey, Steven Spielberg, Madonna, Giorgio Armani, and Rafael Nadal.
With Jet2holidays, visitors can stay in three and four star hotels in the resort of Vathy, which is a picturesque fishing village in the main harbour.
Getting there, travellers will fly to Preveza Airport on the Greek mainland, from Birmingham, Bristol, Edinburgh, East Midlands, London Luton, London Stansted, Manchester and Newcastle.
Ferry and transfers are included on packages and the programme will operate from April 3 to October 30 2026.
Also in Greece, Jet2 is offering new flights and holidays to Olympus Riviera in Northern Greece.
The Olympus Riviera is a beach destination but has incredible mountain views as it sits at the foot of Mount Olympus.
Visitors can hike through Mount Olympus National Park and explore quaint towns like Litochoro, where there are long, sandy beaches and clear waters.

Rory Buccheri who lives in Sicily reveals more about Palermo…
“I’ve lived in Palermo for 18 years and travelled across the island with my family on numerous occasions, so I know Sicily has it all.
“From the Greek temples in the South West to the thermal water resorts and the mesmerising volcanic land of Etna, there’s a bit of something for everyone here.
“Palermo, the island’s capital, is the beating heart of Sicily. The capital city still remains authentically Sicilian – only 30 per cent of people there speak English.
“Head to the Via Maqueda where new and exciting cocktail bars sprout up on a daily basis.
“Beyond the fashionable haunts, you’ll find grandmothers’ knitting and clothes being hung out to dry in narrow alleyways in true Southern European fashion.
“For an unbeatable evening in the capital, take a walk from Teatro Massimo to the Cathedral. Aim to stop for a fresh cannolo or a fried calzone at Ruvolo, a bar beloved by locals with some of the best views of the city.
“From there, walk along Via Vittorio Emanuele (the main pedestrian street) until you’ve reached the beautiful Cathedral.
“The entire street has some of the coziest aperitivo spots in the city – whether you like seafood, pizza, or pasta, there’s a bit of something for everyone.
“Most importantly, no matter where you dine, your Aperol Spritz will never be more than £3 a pop – you’re welcome.” – Rory Buccheri
