The first is in the town centre of Burton-upon-Trent in Staffordshire, and perfectly located for visitors as it’s next to the railway station.
Inside are 68 rooms, and the hotel will also have its own 85 Bar Café where guests can get a drink and relax.
The current room rate is as little as £29.99 for a non-refundable standard room.
A standard room has king size bed with cosy duvet and four pillows, ensuite with a bath, TV with Freeview, and tea and coffee station.
The hotel is close to the East Midlands Airport, and there’s on-site parking too.
Nearby are attractions like Donington Park, the motorsport circuit, and Alton Towers.
35 minutes down the road is Drayton Manor which was recently declared UK’s best value theme park.
Throughout the year, Drayton Manor has been holding different offers and events to celebrate 75 years since it opened – and there’s more to come.
Later this year, the park is bringing back token-style ride pricing which it had in the 1950s.
Elsewhere, in Glasgow, the new Travelodge will be in Cumbernauld with easy access to Glasgow, Falkirk and Stirling and as well as Glasgow Airport.

The Travelodge in Wales will form part of a new development in Cardiff Bay[/caption]
Inside are 57 rooms which will be available to book from October 20, 2025.
It’s a short drive to attractions like Glasgow Cathedral, Celtic Park and the Ibrox Stadium.
Previously both hotels had been operating under the Go2 brand.
Another Travelodge set to open in the UK is in Wales and will form part of the huge revamp plans in Cardiff Bay.
The new hotel forms part of the Atlantic Wharf project which is expected to be completed in 2028.
Travelodge has announced it’s new hotel will be a convenient five minute walk from Cardiff Bay train station and inside there will be 182 rooms and its own restaurant called 85 Bar Café.
Next door to the hotel will be a huge arena designed to welcome musicians, comedians and host sporting events with a maximum capacity of 16,500 people.
The new arena is set to “revitalise Cardiff Bay” and according to Wales Online, is costing £300 million.
