Footage shows four men slugging it out in the middle of the busy road near the London Central Mosque.
The chaotic scenes halted traffic with stuck National Express coaches and buses seen at a standstill.
Some of the men appeared to be wielding knives and used them to slash towards one another with no regard for the public.
Stunned onlookers watched on as the melee unfolded just yards away from them.
Suddenly, a black BMW barrels into the scrap, knocking at least two men to the ground.
While one of the men is on the ground after being hit by the car, another starts slashing at him with a knife as he tries to make it into his getaway car.
As he tries to stand up again, he is pushed to the ground once more and kicked by another assailant.
A bystander also appears and motions to try and de-escalate the situation.
Cops confirmed that a man was found with stab injuries following the fight.
But the Met Police told The Sun that his injuries are not life threatening or life changing.
