A HOTEL resort in Turkey is changing things up when it comes to family holidays – with a kid’s “nightclub” that lets them stay up later than parents.
Located on the west coast of Turkey, Lujo Hotel Bodrum features a kids club that is open until 2am.

It is free for guests and inside there is a Lego room, science lab and music studios[/caption]
And no, it isn’t just a place where parents can drop off their kids for the night.
Inside, children can explore a Lego room, science lab, art and music studios, basketball academy, theatre and even a number of workshops.
The Kijo Club also features a number of dining and napping areas, for the ultimate experience.
For younger children, there is a soft play area with dedicated childcare professionals keeping a close watch.
Older kids and teenagers can head to laser tag, or enjoy a bit of dancing after a mocktail workshop.
And the best part? It is completely free of charge to use the club.
One recent visitor said: “Kijo (kids club) is the most amazing place I’ve ever taken the children too it has pottery lessons, music lessons, art lessons, Lego arcade, basketball, football, you name it’s there.
“The children did not want to leave and when they did they had the water slides to play on also which are great fun for adults too!”
Another guests said: “My kids absolutely adored the staff at Kijo the kids club, the entertainment was fantastic!
“From pottery & robotics classes to fully furnished arcade rooms – there were about 10 PlayStation 5 consoles that even I would have loved to sit and play all day.”
There is also the option for in-room nanny services, which are available at €40 (£34.95) an hour plus 11.5 per cent service charge.
Lujo Hotel Bodrum’s kids experience manager, Atilla Demir, said: “Luxury is freedom, and freedom means choice.
“Our late-night kids club gives parents back their evenings, while offering children their own unforgettable adventures.”
The resort is also great for adults, with a total of 16 buildings and around 444 rooms.
Guests can explore a number of infinity pools, private beaches, eight restaurants, 14 bars and tonnes of activities.
For those who love to make a splash, you won’t be short for places to enjoy.
At the Maki Pool Complex there are four infinity pools to enjoy a relaxing dip in.
Then there is also an onsite aqua park, with six slides including one that features a spiral-like structure with numerous twists and turns.
If the weather happens to be playing up outside, then there is also a heated indoor freshwater pool with a number of sunbeds lining its edges.

Kids just starting to get confident in the water can enjoy a splash in two kids pools, one inside and one outside.
Prefer the beach? Well, you have a choice of three private beaches.
There’s a number of wellness facilities too, for those over the age of 16-years-old.
For no extra charge, guests can enjoy a salt room, sauna, steam room, Turkish bath and a shock shower (cold water).
For an extra fee, there are also spa treatments available, Turkish hamam rituals, body and facial treatments, a solarium and a hot tub.
As for activities, guests can access the basketball courts, tennis courts, volleyball and Aqua Jump for free of charge.
Paid for activities include jet skiing, parasailing and surfing.
As for the accommodation itself, there are numerous different room and villa types including Superior Rooms with a king-sized bed and a sea view.

Or you could opt for the Indigo Clubber Room, perfect for those who like to stay up raving as music is broadcasted in the room throughout the day, as well as make the most of a pole for dancing…
For the ultimate luxury, there is the Presidential Villa which can sleep up to 10 people across five bedrooms and boasts a private outdoor pool, PlayStation, steam room and sauna.
On the private beaches, guests can also grab a fresh fruit platter for free.
A week break to the resort, booked via TUI, can cost from £1,999.
