The research suggests that spreading the costs could go a long way and budgeting now could ease the pressure in December.

Popping down to the high street may seem daunting if you’re strapped for money and have a long list of family and close friends you want to buy gifts for.

Luckily, thrifty shoppers have just spotted the perfect prezzie – and it’ll make any home smell gorgeous and ”yummy” without a hefty price tag.

According to TikToker Rhi Campbell, ASDA is now felling fabulous Christmas candles – and they cost just £5 each.

The festive candles come in the cutest packaging too, which resembles a biscuit tin – the perfect way to turn your home into your very own Winter Wonderland.

Whether you’re after something more neutral or want to add a pop of colour, there’s something for everyone.

Supermarket shoppers can choose the candles in a range of options, including Mrs Claus Sweet Shop in light turquoise or Gingerbread Bakery – ideal for those into beige home interior.

The new candle line indeed celebrates all things Christmas, as it brings our favourite festive scents into our homes.

Other options include Roasted Chestnut Cabin in burgundy, North Pole Patisserie in baby pink, as well as Hot Cocoa Café.

What’s more, you can even use the beautiful packaging after the candle has fully finished – as some social media users said they were planning ”to reuse them for maybe tea and coffee next year”.

According to some Christmas shoppers, not every ASDA branch has the adorable candles in store, so it’s worth checking out the retailer’s website.

Advising fellow bargain hunters to not sleep on this deal, Rhi said in her video: ”Run, don’t walk to ASDA for the cutest Christmas shop candles.

”I think I might have found the cutest Christmas candles ever,” she went on in the caption.
