GREGGS is flogging its famous sausage rolls for just 46p at outlet bakeries across the country.
The beloved retailer runs outlet sites across the UK, shifting surplus food from regular branches at impressive prices.
Greggs celebrated the opening of its 40th outlet last month in Edinburgh.
As well as serving tasty treats for a fraction of the price, the discount stores also raise money for charity through The Greggs Foundation.
The outlets were launched in 1970 as a way to tackle food waste and help reduce food poverty.
Shoppers can pick up pies, pizzas, and pastries for 50% less than those on offer in regular Greggs stores.
Bargain hunters can get up to 75% off baked goods including four-packs of sausage rolls for £1.85 instead of £4.35 – 46p per roll.
You can also pick up sandwiches for £1.22 down from £4.50.
The new store in Glenalmond Place in Edinburgh, has created seven new jobs in the area.
Roisin Currie, chief executive at Greggs said: “Opening our 40th Outlet shop in Edinburgh reaffirms our commitments set out in the Greggs Pledge to reduce waste and support communities.
“By selling surplus fresh products at great value and reinvesting a share of the profits through The Greggs Foundation, we are able to help families and local charities across the country.”
If you want to find your nearest Greggs outlet branch you can use the bakery chain’s branch finder here.
You just have to type in where you live and it will tell you if there is an outlet near you.

How else to save money at Greggs
You could save 20% on your next trip by using a little-known pizza meal deal trick.
A pizza slice with hot or cold drink at Greggs usually costs £3.50, if bought before 4pm.
However, wait until after this time and the price drops to £2.85 – almost 20% cheaper.
It means you can save yourself 65p just by waiting a few minutes extra to order.
