Moment Prince William zooms around Windsor Castle grounds on e-scooter as he appears in new travel show

THIS is the sweet moment Prince William speeds around Windsor Castle on an e-scooter.

The 43-year-old royal glides seamlessly across the grounds before coming to a controlled stop in front of actor Eugene Levy.

Laughing hysterically, Levy asks: “This is your mode of transport?”

To which Prince William delightedly replies: “It gets around nicely, it’s quite fun”.

Levy then adds: “I have a very low threshold for adventure so I’ve actually never been on one”.

He made the comments while giving a surprise tour of Windsor Castle to the actor in an episode of The Reluctant Traveller, airing on Apple TV tomorrow.

The series follows the Schitt’s Creek co-creator as he pushes himself out of his comfort zone and ticks off his travel bucket list.

Another clip from the show surfaced earlier this week and captured the Prince reminiscing about his grandmother.

He recalled how she “loved” being in Windsor and spent a lot of time there, particularly because of her love for her horses.

Asked if he misses his grandmother, Wills said: “I do actually, yeah, I do miss my grandmother, and my grandfather.

“It’s been quite a bit of change, so you do sort of, you think about them not being here anymore, and particularly being in Windsor, for me Windsor is her.

“She loved it here, she spent most of her time here.

“Showing you around today is very much a case of trying to make sure I’m doing it in the way she’d want you to see it.

“She had her horses here as well, as you can imagine that was a big deal for her so that’s why she loved it here.”

Queen Elizabeth and Prince Philip’s final resting place is in St George’s Chapel in Windsor Castle.

The Prince also told comedian Levy, 2024 was his “hardest year”.

William opened up to the Schitt’s Creek sitcom star, 78, about a year that saw his wife and father both having cancer treatment

In a preview, the royal said: “I’d say 2024 was the hardest year I’ve ever had.

“Life is said to test us as well and being able to overcome that is what makes us who we are.”

The preview also included Levy being invited to “pop down” to Windsor Castle for a private tour by William.

Levy is captured reading out an invitation which says: “I heard that your travels have brought you to the UK and I wondered if you might like to see Windsor Castle?

“If you’re free at 10 tomorrow, why don’t you pop down to the Castle for a private tour.

“Would be great to see you!”

After a castle tour, Levy asks William what he gets up to when at home.

Laughing, William replies: “Sleep. When you have three small children, sleep is an important part of my life.”
