Orlando Pirates signings: Two midfielders, full-back and attacker

Orlando Pirates supporters have said goodbye to Innocent Maela, Miguel Timm, Thabiso Monyane and Paseka Mako – but that’s not all.

Orlando Pirates are said to have completed four new signings, subject to official announcements after the transfer window opens on 1 July.

Two central midfielders, a left-back and attacking midfielder will be wearing the famous black and white for the first time in the 2025/26 Betway Premiership season.

Monyane’s words after 13 years at Orlando Pirates

  • Sihle Nduli, 29, central midfielder from Stellenbosch FC
  • Masindi Nemtajela, 23, central midfielder from Marumo Gallants
  • Tshepho Mashiloane, 22, right-back from Baroka FC
  • Sinoxolo Kwayiba, 25, attacking midfielder from Chippa United.

For the right-wing position, a deal with AmaZulu’s Tshepang Moremi is as good as done.

While coach Jose Riveiro left the club in May, the Sea Robbers are yet to find a replacement. Recent local reports believe Rulani Mokwena is the leading candidate.
