MARRIED At First Sight groom Keye left his mum shocked when he asked her a very personal question on the show.
In a teaser ahead of tonight’s episode, Keye can be heard posing a very X-rated question to his own mum during a sit-down dinner during in-laws week.
On the show, the E4 couples are spending some time getting to know the families of their other halves.
The programme’s experts hope that by introducing them to life outside the experiment will slowly help to build the foundations for a strong marriage.
However, it seems that things take a very steamy turn when Keye can be seen questioning his own mother on her sex life.
In an eyebrow-raising moment, Keye asks his mum about the last time she engaged in a certain type of sex.
Across the dinner table, Keye and his husband Davide can be seen chatting with Keye’s mother when she decided to ask them about intimacy.
She says to them: “So, have you had sex?”
Responding back, Keye says to his mum: “When was the last time you had a**l?”
Left open-mouthed, Keye’s mum appeared lost for words as she quickly scrambled for something to say, before adding: “No, not that, I mean, sex in general?”
Keye and Davide could be seen laughing off the awkward moment which is set to air in full as part of this evening’s show.
The shock moment comes amid Keye’s on-screen clash with Steven Springett.
Steven went on a rant, something he later apologised for, in which he called wife Nelly a “F**king idiot,” Steven said that the edit of the show “didn’t reflect the full extent” of what he was going through at the time.
Steven’s co-star Keye has now spoken about the fact that he’s placed some blame on the edit.
Talking to The Sun at Tulley’s Shocktober event, the TV groom said: “I think the edit can take bits out, the edit can move things around, but the edit can’t put words into your mouth.
“He behaved the way he behaved. I think taking accountability is incredibly important. We all make mistakes but you have to be accountable.”
Keye and Steven haven’t always seen eye to eye on the show.
Steven confronted fellow groom Keye after the former footballer accused him of interfering with his relationship, following comments made during cast drinks.
