DAY TWO of the World Grand Prix in Leicester saw Luke Littler win an epic against Gian van Veen.
Littler was handed a tough draw against the talented Dutchman, who had beaten him the last THREE times they had met.
But The Nuke was at his brilliant best as he won 2-0 after a high-quality opening set.
It was a disastrous night for Michael Van Gerwen, who lost his opening round clash to Dirk van Duijvenbode by the same scoreline.
We also saw defending champion Mike De Decker beat Peter Wright as he joined the likes of Luke Humphries and Stephen Bunting in round two.
