Last year marked the start of a brand new tournament in the tennis world and the Six Kings Slam is returning for 2025.
The Six Kings Slam is an exhibition tournament that takes place across three days and featuring six of the biggest names from tennis.
The final last was hotly contested but went Jannik Sinner’s way, making him the first ever winner of the Six Kings Slam.[/caption]
It is not an ATP sanctioned event, players do not receive points and their ranking positions will remain unchanged.
Last year, every player to compete received £1.12m, with the winner, Jannik Sinner, claiming the prize of £4.6m – which is more than a player would receive for winning a Grand Slam.
Following his recent win over Sinner at the US open, Carlos Alcaraz will be hoping he has what it takes to keep the Italian from claiming the trophy for a second year running.
The tournament is part of Saudi Arabia’s wider intention of bringing global sports to the country.
They are also hosting several boxing events, such as RingIV, as well as the WWE Royal Rumble.
The last edition of the Six King Slam enabled tennis fans to witness one last dance between two legends of the sport as Novak Djokovic faced Rafael Nadal in the third-place playoff.
The 14 time French Open champion was gifted a golden tennis racquet by Turk al-Sheikh, as a symbol of the Spaniards illustrious career.

Weighing 3kg and valuing at $270,000, it’s definitely not the sort of racquet he would want to leave lying about in the changing room.
When is the Six Kings Slam 2025?
- The exhibition will take place on 15, 16, and 18 October 2025.
- 17 October is a rest day in order to follow an ATP rule that players cannot compete on three consecutive days in an exhibition.
- The event will start at 12:30 PM GMT.
Who is playing in the Six Kings Slam 2025?
Taylor Fritz will come against Alexander Zverev in the first quarter final match.
The second quarter final match will see Jannik Sinner face Stefanos Tsitsipas .
The winners of the first match will face Carlos Alcaraz and the winner of the second match will face Novak Djokovic.
The 24 Grand Slam champion will be hoping to further in the tournament than he did last year.[/caption]
