Can Titus replace Monnapule Saleng at Orlando Pirates?
Stellenbosch’s 24-year-old winger could potentially be a like-for-like replacement for Saleng as he enjoys hugging the right touchline. He’s not an inverted winger like Saleng, but since right-footer Relebohile Mofokeng already dazzles down the left, this isn’t much of an issue. Titus impressed last campaign for Stellies, bagging eight goals and five assists in 28 league appearances. Those are seriously good numbers.
Injury update on Sesane
Thabiso Sesane started the campaign in domineering form, becoming a pillar in the heart of their defence. It was, therefore, a massive blow to the club and player when he was cruelly struck down with a serious tendon injury in February.
