Mamelodi Sundowns have been dominating the local scene however they’ve found the CAF Champions League a tough nut to crack.

It’s for this exact reason the club are expected to bolster their squad up for next season’s edition.

Long-standing Orlando Pirates and Kaizer Chiefs target Fawaaz Basadien has reportedly opted to join Mamelodi Sundowns!

According to the latest transfer gossip, Basadien looks set to be involved in a swap deal that will likely include Terrence Mashego!

Mashego will reportedly head out to Stellenbosch, to replace Basadien who’ll be coming to Chloorkop!

“Indications are that Sundowns are preparing to offer a three-year deal for the 28-year-old and there will be options to extend it” a Soccer Laduma report read.

“Basadien has also attracted interest from Soweto giants Kaizer Chiefs and Orlando Pirates, but Soccer Laduma understands that he is in favour of a move to the Tshwane giants.”
