Big Brother fans slam producers over launch night twist fuming ‘they’re killing the show’

BIG Brother fans have slammed producers after a shock launch night twist, fuming that “they’re killing the show” before it’s even properly begun.

Within minutes of hitting the screen, the presenting duo AJ Odudu and Will Best dropped a huge bombshell.

Five housemates were involved in the dramatic launch night twist on Big Brother[/caption]

The first housemate will be evicted just moments after arriving in the Big Brother house.

They explained that the contestants would be subject to a special vote on their first night.

The fate of one housemate would be changed forever as they would be evicted before they barely had time to settle in.

All the housemates were welcomed by the hosts one by one, before they were given special items.

Each personality received a special giant eyeball to keep hold of, which raised questions.

After they all entered, the presenters then opened the public vote to award one housemate with the ‘evil eye’.

The five with the most votes were Emily, Nancy, Sam, Caroline, and Cameron, who were ordered to stand behind five podiums.

Emily, Sam and Caroline received the three evil eyes and were ordered to enter the ‘exit room’.

Big Brother revealed that only two housemates would emerge from the room to stay in the house.

However, AJ and Will explained that viewers will only get to find out who exactly gets evicted on tomorrow’s show, to much groaning from the audience crowd outside the house.

Fans were left reeling by the shock twist, with many taking to social media to vent their frustration and accuse producers of “killing the show” as the “biggest personalities” go on first.

One wrote: “These twists just kill the show, the ones with big personalities always go too soon.”

Another added: “So cruel to do this on night 1. I’m gutted. Also, where’s the mix of ages? Caroline is at risk and that potentially leaves everyone in their 30’s and under? Having said that….. buzzing that BB is back!”

A third penned: “At least give them a chance, a chance to get to know them.”

A fourth commented: “Oh what a cruel twist to begin the new series with BB.”

A fifth chimed in: “That’s wild sending someone home already & they have to decide amongst themselves who goes.”

AJ and Will then offered a sneak peak on Late And Live as all the housemates on the sofa all got to watch what was going on in the exit room.

Earlier on the spin-off, they revealed that the eviction was decided that the three housemates would just argue amongst themselves until one of them goes.

AJ admitted the reason why the show didn’t have a look into the room was because the trio were “very close to reaching their decision.”

Big Brother continues on ITV2 and is available to stream on ITVX.
