Bittersweet: Springboks sing final anthem in SA

The Springboks have sung their final national anthem on South African soil, signalling the end of their home test matches this year.  The performance was helmed by award-winning artist Amanda Black in Durban’s Kings Park Stadium.

South Africa beat Argentina’s Los Pumas 56-30. They will play again at Twickenham next weekend.

On Saturday, 27 September, Amanda Black sang the national anthem at the Springboks vs Los Pumas game at Durban’s Kings Park Stadium.

The former Idols South Africa finalist delivered a bittersweet performance, marking the end of the national rugby team’s games played in South Africa.
