Arsenal, Tottenham, Manchester City and Newcastle are still to play.
Ahead of their Wednesday night showdowns, and the draw that follows, we have simulated our own SunSport draw which has thrown up some intriguing match-ups.
Chief among them is a heavyweight battle between Arsenal and Man City.
The Gunners would have to come through their trip to Port Vale, and City would have to conquer Huddersfield at the Accu Stadium.
But fans – neutral and otherwise – would love to see Mikel Arteta and Pep Guardiola scrap it out again at the end of October.
Another gripping tie would see Grimsby Town host Chelsea.
The fourth-tier Mariners have already pulled off two major upsets, downing Manchester United in round two and Sheffield Wednesday in round three.
Chelsea needed to dig in after going a goal down at League One Lincoln on Tuesday, where they won 2-1.

An A23 derby between Brighton and Crystal Palace at Selhurst Park would give supporters from both sides something feisty to sink their teeth into.
And there is another potential treat – according to the simulator – with high-flying Wrexham and their Hollywood owners hosting Tottenham, providing Spurs can get past Doncaster Rovers.
Yet more Premier League royalty could come together in the fourth round, with the winners of Newcastle and Bradford predicted to host Liverpool.
The Magpies and the Reds going head-to-head could pit Alexander Isak against his former employers for the first time.
Elsewhere, Fulham have been tipped for a tricky trip to Swansea, Brentford would host Championship side Cardiff, and Wolves would travel to Wycombe to fight for a spot in the quarter-finals.
The actual draw for the fourth round will take place tonight after Port Vale’s clash with Arsenal on Sky Sports.
