A THREE-year-old girl has been rushed to hospital with “severe” injuries after a horror dog attack.
The tot was mauled by the animal at around 12.50pm in Ealing, West London, on September 24.
Emergency services rushed to Rectory Fields and transported the youngster to hospital for “severe injuries to her leg”.
The owner of the dog fled the scene and no arrests have been made.
A Metropolitan Police spokesperson said: “Officers are investigating an alleged dog attack which occurred at around 12:50hrs on Wednesday, 24 September in Rectory Fields, Ealing.
“A three-year-old girl was taken to hospital by the London Ambulance Service where she received treatment for severe injuries to her leg.
“It is believed the owner of the dog left the scene before police arrived. No arrests have been made at this stage.”
