TEMPLEGATE takes on Wednesday’s racing confident of building the bank ahead of another massive weekend.

PENN AVENUE (4.35 Kempton, nap)
Has been progressing nicely and landed another comfortable win at Musselburgh last time. That followed a run of good efforts including a close-up third the last time she tackled the all-weather at Chelmsford. She still looks on a fair handicap mark and can step up again for the Kubler team.
EL MEGEETH (1.58 Nottingham, nb)
Went close on handicap debut at Newbury latest. She was doing her best work at the finish so stepping up to this 1m6f should be ideal. There’s a lot more to come from Owen Burrows’ well-bred filly.
KOSOMETSUKE (6.40 Kempton, treble)
Got his head back in front at Yarmouth last time. He came out on top in a battle there and he’s right at home over this distance. Trainer Roger Varian is ending the season strongly.
DICKENS (3.15 Sedgefield, Lucky 15)
Has won his past two nicely at Newton Abbot and is off the same mark as the last of those victories. That makes him hard to beat off the same mark.
