WATERLOO Road is bringing back another original character for a future series.
The BBC One school-set drama returned to screens two years ago after the corporation decided to invest money saved from axing Holby City in the north.

And since then a host of familiar faces came back including Adam Thomas and Denise Welch.
Now The Sun can reveal that another star is making her way back to school.
Actress Chelsee Healey is now best known for playing Goldie McQueen in Channel 4 soap Hollyoaks.
But she shot to fame as mouthy teenager Janeece Bryant in 2006.
Now to mark 20 years since her arrival, Chelsee will reprise her role in scenes to be aired next year.
A source said: “Chelsee was a huge part of Waterloo Road back in the day that’s why they brought her back when it was first rebooted.
“The fans loved seeing Janeece again and she loved stepping back into her shoes.
“At the end of the last series bosses came up with a storyline that would see her return and approached Chelsee about her availability.
“Luckily her bosses at Hollyoaks gave it the green light and she’ll be back filming in the coming weeks.
“Everyone is really excited.”
Chelsee previously made a short comeback in 2023 for the revival after the death of her old friend Chlo Charles.
Meanwhile Hollyoaks is celebrating its 30th anniversary next month with a month of special episodes.
