Featuring a mixture of legendary and up-and-coming artists, fans can expect to see all kinds of musical genres celebrated alongside one another.

This is perfectly illustrated by the varied headliners chosen for 2026.

The first headliner announced is post-punk, alternative rock band, The Cure.

The iconic band recently returned after 16 years with their acclaimed album, Songs of a Lost World, and they’re ready to take to the stage.

They’ve also been confirmed as an act for the Nova Rock festival next year in Austria.

Next up is a DJ peppered with more accolades than a person could possibly count – Calvin Harris.

A recipient of awards from the BRITS, MTV, Billboard, and more Calvin, real name Adam Richard Wiles, has solidified himself as a huge name in electronic dance music.

Calvin has performed at the Isle of Wight Festival a number of times before, including in 2010 and 2014.

In 2014 he was actually one of the headliners where he performed on the festival’s opening night alongside Biffy Clyro.

Lastly, the third headliner announced is none other than pop-sensation, Lewis Capaldi.

Lewis was a headliner for the festival back in 2022 where he performed on the main stage.

Others in the line up are still big artists as well, including Tom Grennan, Teddy Swims, and Sex Pistols (Paul Cook, Steve Jones, Glen Matlock) featuring Frank Carter.

Tom first entered prominence in the music industry after his 2016 guest-feature on Chase & Status’s song, All Goes Wrong.

To date he now has three UK number 1 albums and many nominations at past BRIT Awards.

Teddy hasn’t been on the scene for as long as some of the other artists set to perform at Isle of Wight this year, but he’s smashed the Billboard Hot 100 more than once.

His hit single Lose Control surged him into mainstream popularity after spending years posting music on Youtube.

As for the Sex Pistols, they’ve been performing with varying bandmates since 1977 – and achieving accolades ever since.

Isle of Wight Festival 2026 is set to take place from 18 to 21 of June.
