Kaizer Chiefs Football Manager Bobby Motaung has promised supporters that new signings will be announced soon.
The club have released five players since the conclusion of the 2024/25 season. Although Amakhosi have been linked with several top players, Motaung said all the details involving players coming in will be announced at the right time.
Speaking to Robert Mawara on MSW, the Kaizer Chiefs boss said that the club would speak to Nasreddine Nabi about plans for next season.
“The details of player movements, those we will deal with at the right time, at the right level. Like I said, we plead with our supporters that announcements will be made for next season. The reasons will be given about player departures and everything,”
“The coach [Nasreddine Nabi] just arrived today [from holiday] and we are still going to have our sessions.”

According to Soccer Laduma, Amakhosi are looking to sogn Aphiwe Baliti as their search for a left-back intensifies.
“Oh yes, the department which deals with recruitment and scouting is happy and they have advanced their approach in the search to sign Aphiwe (Baliti). Apparently, first it was that they were interested but then they had to do analysis and assess the player in their own way to see if he can fit into Kaizer Chiefs’ philosophy and style and they apparently believe he can and that’s why they are prepared to move to the second step in pursuing his signature,” a source told the publication.
