Now, Amakhosi have decided to release their FIFTH player.

Dove has just been released by Chiefs.
“Kaizer Chiefs and defender Edmilson Dove will part ways when his contract expires at the end of June. The Mozambican international, who joined Amakhosi in August 2022 after spending six months with UD Songo in Mozambique, has been an integral part of the team,” Chiefs announced.
So, they have freed up one foreign-based spot. Meaning, there is space to sign an international player with the likes of Stanley Nwabili linked with a possible move to Amakhosi.
Now, according to Kickoff, Bobby Motaung will be meeting with Mdantsane to bid farewell to the Chiefs midfielder. This is because they will be releasing him following his loan spell with Richards Bay.
Meanwhile, Chivaviro and fan-favourite Radebe were released a few weeks ago. Whilst, Njabulo Blom returned to the USA.
