Kaizer Chiefs will kick off the 2025/26 Betway Premiership season with a new team captain.
After Yusuf Maart’s notable absence from the Netherlands’ pre-season training camp, Kaizer Chiefs announced the 29-year-old’s move to Austria’s SV Ried.
The move comes just a few weeks after the Atlantis-born midfielder and the club agreed on a two-year contract extension.
