Salum was in action for Tanzania as the Taifa Stars faced Bafana Bafana in a goalless friendly international in Polokwane last week.
According to his coach, Hemed Suleiman, the Kaizer Chiefs target has the technical flair and quality of South African players.

“You know, Feisal, I think he has the qualities of South African players. So, for me, he can play on any team,” Suleiman said in the post-match press conference in Polokwane.
“I believe he is the best midfielder in Tanzania at the moment. He is a good player and young. We need to support him. Given the fact that he is a good player, that gives him an advantage to be able to play anywhere,” Suleiman added in the Kaizer Chiefs marquee target.
