Kaizer Chiefs have returned to the country after their pre-season tour of the Netherlands.
The team spent three weeks abroad, playing five friendly matches against Dutch opponents. Although they managed to win only one match, Coach Nasreddine Nabi is confident that his squad has gained valuable experience.
This weekend, fans will finally have the chance to see the new players in action when the Glamour Boys face off against Asante Kotoko in the Toyota Cup.

- Goalkeeper: Brandon Petersen
Defenders:
Miguel Inacio is set to be the new captain of Amakhosi and will likely start alongside Aden McCarthy, who impressed during the pre-season.
At right back, either Reeve Frosler or Thabo Monyane could play, depending on the team’s strategy. Bradley Cross is more likely to start at left-back as options in that position are limited. Kaizer Chiefs coach might give Nkanyiso Shinga a run as well.
Midfielders:
Thabo Cele and Sibongesini Mthethwa are expected to start in central midfield, with Nkosingiphile Ngcobo playing in front of them.
Siphesihle Ndlovu, Mduduzi Shalalala, and Ethan Chislett may start on the bench.
Forwards:
Makabi Lilepo will likely start on the right wing, with new striker Flavio Silva expected to lead the attack. Pule Mmodi may play on the left wing.
Kaizer Chiefs fans are looking forward to an exciting match as the team showcases its new talent. The match will be televised live on SABC 1.
