KPMG employee goes viral after sending mass email on ‘Rapture’

A female South African KPMG employee has gone viral for sending a mass internal email over her views of the “imminent Rapture”, which she believes will occur during the month of September.

The woman – junior accountant Mahlatse Letoka – has also shared her strong religious views on her TikTok account.

Letoka is a former actress who starred in Generations: The Legacy.

Her claims come after South African pastor Joshua Mhlakela attracted worldwide attention by claiming that “Jesus would return to earth on 23 or 24 September”.

KPMG EMPLOYEE SENDS MASS ‘RAPTURE’ EMAIL TO GLOBAL EMPLOYEES

Last week, KPMG account Mahlatse Letoka clicked send on a mass email that went out to her global colleagues.

In it, the email contained her warning about the “imminent Rapture” as well as a 173-page attachment which outlined what would occur during the next few days.

She wrote in it: “Please save the attached PDF quickly before it’s too late. I am a servant of Jesus Christ, and I would rather get fired than watch my colleagues go through this.

She continued: “Listen, World War 3 is coming, and this entire economy is about to collapse. (New York is likely to go down first). Jesus will take the Christians who are ready (filled with the Holy Spirit and prayed up) between 23-24 September 2025 (Feast of Trumpets). This is what no one knows the day or hour means (these ready Christians are not taken by aliens). This is the Rapture.”

KPMG CONFIRMS ‘UNAUTHORISED EMAIL’

In a statement, KPMG – a global network of professional services firms providing audit, tax, and advisory services – confirmed the employee’s email was sent out.

It said: “KPMG in South Africa is aware of an unauthorised internal email that was circulated and has taken immediate steps to address the matter. The content does not reflect the firm’s values, and we firmly reject all forms of discrimination, including Islamophobia.

“We remain committed to fostering a respectful and inclusive workplace for all.”

‘RAPTURE IS IMMINENT’

Meanwhile, Mahlatse Letoka has continued to share beliefs on TikTok about the “Rapture” she believes will happen soon.

The former actress claimed that she had a dream about Biblical prophecy, which she said included a vision about the recent lunar eclipse, also called the Blood Moon.

She captioned a recent video: “Dear people of God. Rapture is imminent.

“God did not tell me if it will be in September 2025. But I am saying that it is very, very possible. Let us not rule out the possibility. If you are wise, you would not rule out the possibility”.

Letoka has attached the link to her 173-page document about the “Rapture” in her TikTok biography.

@mahlatse.letoka Dear people of God. Rapture is imminent. God did not tell me if it will be in September 2025 but I am saying that it is very very possible. Let us not rule out the possibility. If you are wise, you would not rule out the possibility. Stop listening to people who are trying to kill your confidence about the rapture. Please be ready. Test the spirits. Ask for confirmations from Jesus Christ Himself. Your pastor is not your confirmation, ask Jesus to show you straight up. #rapture #Jesusiscomingsoon #Jesus #christianity #jesusislord ♬ original sound – Mahlatse Letoka
