KwaZulu-Natal will see warm and sunny weather across most parts, particularly along the coast. Areas like Richards Bay are expected to reach highs of 24°C, offering a reprieve from the cold gripping central South Africa.
Forecaster Mpho Rasimphi said, “Warm conditions will persist into the coast over KwaZulu-Natal. Richards Bay will peak at around 24 degrees.”
Inland cooling off, but no major cold front weather impacts
While the Western Cape braces for a cold front, KwaZulu-Natal remains unaffected. However, inland regions might experience slightly cooler conditions with increased cloud cover.
“KZN will remain clear,” Rasimphi confirmed.
“We’re not expecting any rainfall or strong winds in the province. The coastal belt will be the warmest region nationally tomorrow.”
Clear Skies with Chilly Nights Inland
The inland towns, particularly in the Midlands, may experience cool early mornings and evenings, but the overall weather will be stable. No warnings have been issued for KwaZulu-Natal.
“It will be a quiet weather day for the province,” Rasimphi said.
