Lizzo made a bold statement at New York Fashion Week, unveiling her striking weight loss in a daring sheer look at Christian Siriano’s Spring/Summer 2026 runway show.
The Grammy-winning star turned heads in a brown chiffon corseted halter bodysuit. She paired it with a see-through black wrap skirt and strappy heels.

The 37-year-old singer, known for hits such as Truth Hurts and Good as Hell, also showcased a new hairstyle, a sleek, long burgundy look, according to Page Six.
Lizzo skipped accessories, letting her figure and confidence take centre stage.
A-listers like Oprah Winfrey, Whoopi Goldberg and Gayle King were also spotted in the front row as Siriano debuted his latest designs.
LIZZO ON BODY TRANSFORMATION
Her appearance follows a recent interview where she spoke openly about her body transformation. “I like how I look now. I still think I’m big,” she told Women’s Health.
“I’m still wearing plus-size clothing. I got the same belly, the same thighs — I think I’m just a smaller version.”
She added, “Body positivity is the radical act of daring to exist loudly and proudly in a society that told you you shouldn’t exist.”
WEIGHT-LOSS DRUGS
Lizzo also revealed she briefly considered weight-loss drugs early in her journey. She admitted she tried Ozempic but stopped soon after. Instead, she credits her slimmer frame to changing her diet.
The star explained on the Just Trish podcast that giving up her vegan lifestyle made her feel fuller and more in control of her eating.
THE BEAUTY STANDARD
“When I was vegan, I was consuming a lot of fake meats, bread and rice. I had to eat a lot to stay full. Now, eating beef, chicken and fish keeps me satisfied,” she said.
Lizzo’s honesty about body image resonates in a society also grappling with beauty standards. Her message remains clear: confidence matters more than perfection, and health is not one-size-fits-all.
