ONE genius – albeit slightly fortunate – Betfair customer is celebrating after pocketing a massive, near-£10,000 payday – from a TWENTY PENCE bet!
The punter managed to predict the result of EVERY Premier League result over the course of the weekend – a colossal 10-fold accumulator that returned odds of over 46,814/1.

It’s an even more impressive bet given it included the likes of Chelsea, Liverpool, Man Utd and Tottenham to lose.
Granted the United selection might not be too outlandish but it was putting faith in a Brentford side with only four points from five Premier League games.
That kicked off the big bet and Premier League weekend nicely and the bet would continue beyond the 3pm games after Crystal Palace bagged a 97th minute winner over a Liverpool side with an 100% league record until then.
Chelsea would also lose at home to Brighton thanks to 90+2 and 90+10 goals from the Seagulls at Stamford Bridge.
But the late goals didn’t stop there, with Bournemouth’s 93rd minute equaliser earning a draw at Leeds, also successfully predicted by this mystic bettor.
Onto the Saturday night and Wolves were backed to beat Tottenham and despite Joao Palhinha’s 93rd minute equaliser – and rather embarrassing shirt-off celebration – the bet was safe thanks to Betfair’s 90 minute guarantee, ensuring Wolves and the draw were both paid out by the bookie.
More drama would follow on Sunday when Arsenal notched a 96th minute winner at Newcastle to turn the game around and take a rare three points at St James’ Park.
All eyes were on the Hill Dickinson Stadium on Monday night with the bet landing at a pretty outrageous 46,814/1 with the predicted draw in Nuno Espirito Santo’s first game in charge of West Ham.
