ONE of the men arrested in the wake of the Manchester synagogue terror attack has been rearrested at a UK airport.
The 30-year-old man was initially taken into custody on October 2 on suspicion of the commission, preparation and instigation of acts of terrorism.
He has now been arrested again on suspicion of Failing to Disclose Information contrary to S38B of the Terrorism Act 200, cops said.
Cops swooped on the man at Manchester Airport earlier today and took him into custody under the Police and Criminal Evidence Act 1984 (PACE).
He has now been released on bail with conditions.
Greater Manchester Police said: “We do not believe there is any ongoing threat to the public following the incident last week.”
The investigation into the horror synagogue attack in Crumpsall, North Manchester last week remains ongoing.
Terrorist Jihad al-Shamie, 35, was shot dead by armed police as he tried to break into Heaton Park synagogue armed with a knife on the holiest day of the Jewish calendar.
Adrian Daulby, 53, and Melvin Cravitzwas, 66, were killed in the rampage before Al-Shamie was shot dead by armed cops.
Police confirmed after the attack that three people – two men in their 30s and a woman in her 60s – were arrested.
