Mzansi’s favourite cooking-reality show, MasterChef South Africa, is coming to e.tv, and home cooks will have the chance to compete for an amazing R1 million prize.
Season 6 promises high drama, exciting challenges, and unforgettable culinary moments for viewers every Sunday at 18:00 prime time.

The move to e.tv brings the beloved culinary competition to a broader, culturally diverse audience, promising the same excitement, creativity, and edge that have made the show a household name.

FROM HOMECOOK TO MASTERCHEF
Previous seasons have launched many culinary careers, transforming home cooks into recognised chefs across the country’s food scene. Season 5 winner Bridget Mangwandi made history as the youngest titleholder and first black woman to win MasterChef South Africa.
