The couple fell in love on the seventh series of the ITV2 reality show in 2021, and went on to be crowned the champs.
However, they had a rocky romance which saw them split in July 2022 before reuniting a year later, much to fans’ delight.
It was then revealed early last month that they had called time on their relationship for a second time.
Today, Millie Court has opened up to fans in a heartbreaking new YouTube video where she talks about “starting over” after her split from Liam.
The former Islander said: “We’re getting deep now. I feel like as you get older, it’s only natural that you start to feel like your time’s running out and I feel like, especially at my age now, I’m 28 now.
“And I have friends who are engaged. I have a friend who is married like my best friends who I’ve been friends with for you know nearly 10 years whatever only actually have one other friend who is single my sister though as well. It’s that situation you say like you feel like you’re behind.
“It’s that it’s like to think that other friends are at different stages in their life and like you’re at a completely different stage and you feel like you should be doing something.
“But honestly, like I this day and age now, kids are settling down a lot later in life. Like our parents, some of our parents, you know, got married and had kids by the age of 25.
“And like that was always my thing when I was younger.
“Make sure by 25 I want to be married. I want to have two kids. Like I wanted what my mom had.
“But now like there’s 30 year olds who are still living at home who you know housing prices are ridiculous. You have to stay at home longer to be able to save up and move out.
“And I just feel like don’t feel this pressure of being behind because life is a lot slower now. Like things it’s not how it was back then. It’s stupid. It honestly is.
Referring to her split from Liam, she sadly said: “I’ve got to start again. That’s absolutely fine. It is what it is. Just learn to not put too much pressure on yourself.
“Honestly, lit literally just live life because why should we sit there worrying about what life should be like when you’re like not enjoying what your life is like? Like go out there, have fun.
“Like look at the positives in everything. What to take from that is just don’t feel behind and stop comparing yourself to other people. “
During their time together, Millie and Liam also hosted their own popular podcast.
However, under her new video, a fan asked Millie if the podcast was now “over”, to which she replied: “Yes it is. Thank you so much for always listening and supporting.”
