THIS is the horrifying moment a machete wielding thug savagely attacks a reveller at a karaoke night singalong before fleeing.
Punters in Bells Bar in Springburn, Glasgow, barely noticed the brutal attack on Friday as it unfolded behind them.

Video footage from inside the boozer shows a knifeman clad in a grey hat and hoodie walk in behind a crowd of singing drinkers.
A machete is visible in the attacker’s hand as he approaches another man sitting in a booth at the back of the bar.
None the wiser, the karaoke singers carry on enjoying their night as the thug raises the long blade, preparing to strike.
He brings the machete down with force on his victim, slashing at him several times and causing blood to splatter up the wall.
The target of the attack curls into the booth, trying desperately to get away from the knifeman’s assault.
The victim, who is understood to be a 39-year-old man, lies on his back and kicks his legs in a frantic bid to keep his assailant at bay, holding his hands up to protect his face.
He appears to land at least one blow on his attacker, slowing the brutal assault for a moment before it is savagely renewed with another slash of the huge machete.
Punters barely notice and continue to sing John Denver’s 1971 hit Take Me Home, Country Roads as the blade is brought down on the victim over and over again.
The savage attack continues for a few seconds with at least four vicious blows landing before the thug makes his escape.
Nearby punters throw their hands up in fear as the knifeman flees the scene.
The victim stands up, hands still raised, and backs into the corner of the room in fear as blood pours down his face.
Turning with the machete still raised he makes a dash for the door of the bar and disappears.
The machete wielding yob manages to escape into the night without being seen as customers in the pub continue to sing karaoke.
After the thug makes his escape a few of the revellers begin to notice and turn to look at the injured victim.
The entire harrowing incident lasts for no more than 10 seconds before the attacker makes his escape.
Following the frenzied attack punters called emergency services and the victim was rushed to Glasgow’s Royal Infirmary where he was treated for serious injuries.
A police source has since confirmed to the Daily Record that the attack was targeted.
The bar is a popular watering hole among Celtic supporters and is decorated with team memorabilia.
The victim remains in hospital where he is being treated for his wounds.
Police have launched an investigation into the horrific attack and are attempting to track down the knifeman who remains at large.
