A new shopping centre on KwaZulu-Natal’s South Coast is poised to open its doors in two months.
The province is home to a plethora of shopping malls and centres, including the Pavilion Shopping Centre and Galleria Mall. Now, the latest addition, Kingsburgh Junction, whose development was fronted by AJ Property Holdings, is scheduled to be opened to the public on 26 March 2026.
Located in Amanzimtoti, Kingsburgh Junction will primarily serve the consumer needs of residents of lower Amanzimtoti, Doon Heights, Doonside, Shulton Park and Warner Beach.
KINGSBURGH JUNCTION: DELIVERING A TOP SHOPPING EXPERIENCE

Retail and restaurant anchor tenants include:
- Ackermans
- Checkers
- Dis-Chem
- KFC Drive-Thru
- Pedro’s
- Pep and Pep Home
- Superspar (including Tops and Vida e Caffè)
- Woolworths
“This carefully selected tenant mix reflects a high level of retailer confidence in Kingsburgh as a growth node and ensures the community will benefit from a diverse, convenient shopping experience,” explains Legacy Real Estate.
