Upon Pirates arrival in Spain, these NINE players were noticeable absentees, according to SNL.
Thereafter, Ndlondlo release and Saleng suprise loan move to Orbit SC have been confirmed by the Bucs.
So, to date a total of SIX Pirates players have left – Innocent Maela, Miguel Timm, Paseka Mako, Thabiso Monyane, Ndlondlo and Saleng have all been released. As mentioned, all these players except Saleng have been released permenantly.
Whilst, Rasebotja was left behind due to injury.
Meaning, the other six players all face uncertain futures with Pirates. Therefore, Lepasa, Gilberto, Mosele, Tshobeni, Baloni and Otladisa all face possible departures out of Mayfair.
KAIZER CHIEFS ALSO MAKING BIG TRANSFER MOVES
Soweto rivals Kaizer Chiefs have also been very busy this transfer window.
To date, Amakhosi have signed SIX new players – Nkanyiso Shinga, Flavio Silva, Ethan Chislett, Monyane, Mako and Siphesihle Ndlovu. Meanwhile, Chiefs have released FIVE players – Ranga Chivaviro, Njabulo Blom, Sabelo Radebe, Edmilson Dove and Mduduzi Mdantane.
Furthermore, FIVE more Amakhosi players are heading out of Naturena. Meanwhile, these NINE Pirates and Chiefs players are expected to leave the Soweto giants. Additionally, both Amakhosi and the Bucs are set to have new captains to usher in their new era.
