There appears to be a new twist in the future of Orlando Pirates star attacker Monnapule Saleng.
Saleng has been frozen out at Pirates for months now, with his last appearance coming in December 2024.
And while he reported for pre-season training, it emerged that he did not travel with his Pirates teammates to Spain.
However, reports suggested that Saleng would fly out of the country on Thursday to reunite with his teammates in Spain.
This, reportedly, because the left-footed player had some issues to sort out which prevented him from leaving on Monday.
Now, according to a report by SABC Sport, Saleng is edging closer to a move to former club Orbit College.
Orbit College recently gained promotion to the Betway Premiership via the playoffs, and they are keen to sign Saleng on loan.
