Alongside Lidl, Tesco launched its own mega pre-Christmas toy sale, where parents can get “half-price or better” deals.
The sale launched on September 16, taking the pressure off the price for parents in the run up to Christmas.
Only appearing in selected larger stores across the UK, the sale has been sponsored by The Entertainer Toy Shop, Tesco‘s toy partner.
Alongside the already massive sale, further Clubcard Price deals are available for Clubcard members.
The sale encompasses numerous popular brands including Hot Wheels, Barbie, Little Live Pets and Twister.
Another toy featured in the sale is Gabby’s Dollhouse, which has been hotly tipped to be a playground favourite this Christmas.

“There will be exciting toys for children of all ages with plenty of choice in the most popular categories,” she said.
“[Categories] including pre-school items, dolls, collectables, vehicles, plush and games.”
Chisholm said Tesco hoped the sale would help with rising costs leading up to Christmas.
“We hope this early Christmas sale will help people spread the cost of the festive season and also pick up some great offers,” she said.
“Included are some all-time favourite brands and we’re especially excited to be able to offer the Gabby’s Dollhouse Party Room Playset for half price, which we know will be in many kids’ wish lists,” she added.
