Gauteng residents will experience a partly cloudy Monday, with cool morning conditions and mild daytime temperatures. Fog and light drizzle may affect parts of the province early in the day.
Partly cloudy and mild Conditions
As the day progresses, Gauteng will remain partly cloudy, with Pretoria and Centurion expected to peak at 22°C, while Springs and Vereeniging will reach around 20°C. Forecasters predict a mix of sun and cloud, with breezy but dry conditions prevailing in most areas.
“Gauteng is going to be partly cloudy throughout Monday, with highs of 22°C for Pretoria and surrounding areas,” said Joel Guy, a weather forecaster.
Drizzle Possible in the North
Drizzle could occur in the northern and eastern areas, particularly near Musina and Palabora. Despite this, most of the province will remain dry, with no significant rainfall expected.
“There is a chance of drizzly conditions this morning in the far north, but much of Gauteng will stay dry,” Guy confirmed.
As residents brace for a cooler start and mild conditions later, the week is expected to bring a similar weather pattern.
