Paul Roos prodigy named in Stormers 2025/26 squad

The Stormers have announced their squad for the upcoming 2025/26 United Rugby Championship (URC) and Champions Cup seasons.

The 55-man squad consists of 15 Springboks, several youngsters and Junior Boks alongside seasoned veterans.

Former Paul Roos head boy and Junior Springbok Under-20 Championship-winning captain, Riley Norton, has also been included at the age of 19.

At the other end of the scale, Deon Fourie, who turns 39 in September, is also in the mix. The 2023 Rugby World Cup final hero will be playing his 20th professional season.

The Stormers kick off their URC campaign when they host defending champions Leinster in Cape Town on 26 September.
