Which supermarket has the best prices this weekend?
Checkers stands out as the most affordable supermarket for essential groceries, offering some relief for budget-conscious shoppers.
Here’s how the total cost of the basket stacks up this week:
- Checkers – R823.84
- Shoprite – R834.84
- Pick n Pay – R846.84
- Woolworths – R867.84
Checkers comes out on top as the most affordable option, with a full basket costing R823.84. Shoprite follows at R834.84, while Pick n Pay and Woolworths are the most expensive options this week at R846.84 and R867.84, respectively.
SASSA grant recipients can maximise their funds this month by taking advantage of special discounts and in-store promotions.
