SARAH Ferguson has sold a £4.2million townhouse three years after buying it.
The Duchess of York bought it as an investment and has had a tenant living there.

The property in Belgravia, West London, is associated with her daughters Princesses Beatrice and Eugenie, who must provide written consent to any status changes.
Land registry documents show a pending application for its sale.
It is unclear how much the Duchess will get in the deal — believed to have been completed in the past two months.
Fergie has been living at Royal Lodge on the Windsor Estate with her ex-husband Prince Andrew.
She had snapped up the mews house in August 2022 from the Duke of Westminster.
A spokesman for the Duchess said: “She wasn’t looking to sell it.
“She was asked by the tenant to buy it and it seemed like a good time to sell.
“It’s an investment property for her girls and so the monies will be reinvested accordingly.”
The sale comes after The Sun on Sunday revealed emails from the Duchess to paedophile financier Jeffrey Epstein in which she apologised for publicly disowning him.
