The festive season is all about sitting back and indulging in your favourite things.

Whether your sweet tooth is for chocolate or a glass of Bailey’s, this treat is for you.

And if you enjoy both, combine your favourite drink and snack this Christmas.

Sweet treat

The Bailey’s Chocolate Caramel Whirls are available in a three-pack for just £2.50.

Each treat consisted of “fluffy mallow and caramel, encased in creamy milk chocolate with a hint of Bailey’s”.

Individually wrapped, these treats are perfect for sharing with your loved ones.

The new Bailey’s chocolates were spotted by foodies on Iceland shelves and shared on Facebook.

However, they are available across a variety of shops, including Morrisons and Waitrose for £2.75.

You can also pick up individual packs from Asda for just 94p.

The Irish liqueur chocolates first launched on shelves in September 2025.

More Bailey’s treats

Iceland shoppers can pick up a pack of Baileys Creams Milk Chocolate for just £1.50.

These biscuit buys were the 2024 festive release from the popular drinks brand.

Bailey’s also sells a variety of truffle treats, including a truffle chocolate bar.

And sweet-toothed shoppers can also enjoy a chocolate collection and “mini delight” treats.

Plus, in spring you can even nab a Bailey’s flavoured Easter egg.

How to save money on chocolate

We all love a bit of chocolate from now and then, but you don’t have to break the bank buying your favourite bar.

Consumer reporter Sam Walker reveals how to cut costs…

Go own brand – if you’re not too fussed about flavour and just want to supplant your chocolate cravings, you’ll save by going for the supermarket’s own brand bars.

Shop around – if you’ve spotted your favourite variety at the supermarket, make sure you check if it’s cheaper elsewhere.

Websites like Trolley.co.uk let you compare prices on products across all the major chains to see if you’re getting the best deal.

Look out for yellow stickers – supermarket staff put yellow, and sometimes orange and red, stickers on to products to show they’ve been reduced.

They usually do this if the product is coming to the end of its best-before date or the packaging is slightly damaged.

Buy bigger bars – most of the time, but not always, chocolate is cheaper per 100g the larger the bar.

So if you’ve got the appetite, and you were going to buy a hefty amount of chocolate anyway, you might as well go bigger.
