TWO people have been charged with murder as part of a two year long investigation into the death of a three-year-old girl.
The investigation was launched in 2023 after emergency services were called to respond to reports that a child had been found dead.
Cops and paramedics rushed to Pennine Way, Hayes, where they tragically found the body of the tot.
The child was identified as three-year-old Penelope Chandrie from Hayes.
Penelope’s death has remained under investigation for years as cops desperatly tried to identify tragic Penelope’s killers.
On thursday, two people were arrested in connection with the death, they have been charged with murder.
Both are due to appear before Uxbridge Magistrates’ Court today.[/caption]
