Singer-songwriter Cat Burns was born in London on June 6, 2000.
She is known for her heartfelt lyrics and soulful pop songs.
Cat attended the Brit School, where she honed her musical talent, ultimately self-releasing her debut EP Adolescent at just 16.
The 25-year-old found viral fame on TikTok during the pandemic in 2022 with her song Go.
She now boasts a formidable social media following, with 2million TikTok followers and 853k on Instagram as of October 6, 2025.
Since shooting to viral stardom, Cat’s music career has gone from strength to strength.
She has been a supporting artist for Years and Years and later Ed Sheeran during his record-breaking Mathematics tour.

Jodie Rockett is Cat’s girlfriend, although some outlets refer to her as the singer-songwriter’s ex.

- Stephen Fry: National treasure, actor, writer, comedian, director — he even narrated the Harry Potter audiobooks.
- Nick Mohammed: British actor, comedian and writer best known for playing Nate Shelley in Ted Lasso and creating Sky One comedy series Intelligence.
- Clare Balding: The Sun revealed the veteran sports presenter was in talks to join this season in October 2024.
- Lucy Beaumont: Stand-up comedian, regular on TV panel shows — she also starred in mockumentary Meet The Richardsons with her now ex-husband Jon Richardson.
- Ruth Codd: The Irish actress is best known for her role as Anya in The Midnight Club.
- Tameka Empson: On top of playing Kim Fox in Eastenders, she also starred in cult comedy sketch show 3 Non-Blondes.
- Celia Imrie: British acting legend who featured in Bridget Jones Diary, The Best Exotic Marigold Hotel and The Thursday Murder Club.
